Strategic Sourcing is the most direct path for CPOs to create stronger partnerships with CxOs

Majority of CPOs can create stronger partnerships with CxOs and Business Unit Leaders by improving tangible value creation, according to Procurement 20/20 survey findings. Procurement led tangible value creation is most readily possible through Strategic Sourcing, which if executed well, can generate at least 20% EBIT improvement.
